Frequently asked questions about trade-ins

Is there a fee for a trade-in valuation?
No. Your car's trade-in valuation is completely free and comes with no obligation. We share your car's current value with you transparently.
Do you accept any car as a trade-in?
We consider most cars for trade-in. We prepare the best trade-in offer we can based on your car's make, model, condition and market demand.
How do I pay the price difference?
Your car's value is deducted from the price of the car you're switching to, so you only pay the difference. If you'd like, we can also look at financing options for that difference together.
What if my car is worth more than the new car?
If your car is worth more than the car you choose, we pay you the difference. We clearly share every line item before the transaction.
How long does a trade-in take?
